Frequently Asked Questions
-
Standard ceiling lifts support 400-450 lbs. Bariatric models support up to 600-700 lbs. We'll ensure you have the right capacity for your needs.
-

-
Yes. We can install track systems that pass through doorways, connecting bedroom to bathroom or other rooms. The track is mounted flush to the ceiling and doesn't interfere with doors.
-
Ceiling lift motors include battery backup. If the power goes out while a patient is suspended, you can still lower them safely to the bed or chair.
-
We provide training during installation. Most caregivers feel confident after 2-3 practice transfers. The controls are simple: up, down, and along the track. We also leave written instructions and offer follow-up support.
